District Football Champs!

Way to go Eagle Football!  31-7 win over Kingwood.
The Eagles finish the regular season 9-1 overall, 5-1 in district and will be the top seed in the Class 5A, Division II bi-district playoffs next week. They open against Chavez at 7 p.m. Thursday at North Shore.

Scooter Fun

Aidan had a great birthday this year.  Awesome party with all his friends at "Jumping Joey's" in Atascocita last Saturday.  He said, "Best party ever Dad."  Lots of friends, pizza, and fun jumping on all the inflatables.

Then on Tuesday (his actual birthday) we went out to eat after work to our favorite place to chow down:  Chuy's Mexican.  Aidan got a new shirt from Chuy's that says, "Hungry Hungry Chippos!"  After eating we went to Toys R Us.  Aidan had a couple of gift cards to spend and we let him pick whatever he wanted as our gift to him.

He chose a red scooter, a remote controlled tarantula, a book and 2 stuffed animals.  When we got back from the store he wanted to take the scooter out.  It was getting dark, but he had a great time.  We'll probably have to get back out this weekend and let him have some more adventures on it.

Tomorrow is Halloween, but we start the day with a soccer game at 11, then his soccer buddy's birthday party in Huffman and then home to trick or treat!
